It’s a small investment to have a professional photographer come out to your property and photograph its highlights, what makes it stand out, the community amenities with proper angles and white balance. Grabbing a buyer faster might mean one or two months less on the mortgage. Try weiging $210 with 2 months of $1500 mortgage payments.
